February is Vice Month

Given it’s the shortest month, it makes sense to me to also make it the month to shed certain vices that I would like to control whenever possible. For this February I will look to follow:
1) No refined sugar
2) No Coffee
3) Limit alcohol to 1 night per week(ie. 6 nights/week without a sip)
